In a world where the rule of the game seems to be to create for oneself, as well as possible, and to increase the self, on a corporate or individual scale, how does this breathless competition play out in our relational organizations?\n<em>Softness<\/em>1 is the first of two chapters commissioned by C12.\nEchoing an over-imaginative world in which the mundane is mediatized, analyzed, and where production and targets are a guarantee of something, <em>Softness 1<\/em> questions this paradigm.
